Master User Agreement and Operational Conditions
Welcome to the definitive user interface agreement. This platform acts exclusively as a decentralized, web-hosted gateway, granting users the ability to interact seamlessly with a community-driven data protocol and its underlying software architecture. By accessing this interface, you are provided with the tools to connect your digital wallet, engage with liquidity pools, and execute transactions using virtual currencies. This document serves as a legally binding contract between you – the individual or corporate entity accessing the interface – and the operating organization.
If you are navigating this platform on behalf of a company, you explicitly warrant that you possess the necessary legal authority to bind said organization to these operational conditions. By connecting your wallet or otherwise engaging with the platform’s features, you formally acknowledge that you have read, comprehensively understood, and accepted every stipulation contained within this Master User Agreement, alongside our data handling protocols. If you find any clause herein unacceptable, your immediate and only recourse is to disconnect your wallet and cease all interaction with the interface.
Please be acutely aware that agreeing to these conditions involves consenting to a mandatory individual arbitration clause and a strict class action waiver. These specific legal mechanisms drastically alter how any potential disputes between you and the platform will be formally resolved.
Requirements for Participation and Compliance
To interact with our smart contracts, you must meet stringent eligibility criteria. The decentralized nature of the blockchain does not exempt users from international compliance.
You formally declare and warrant the following:
-
You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age.
-
You are not utilizing the interface to contravene, bypass, or violate any laws applicable within your specific jurisdiction.
-
You are not a citizen, resident, or registered entity within any internationally sanctioned region, embargoed territory, or jurisdiction classified as high-risk by global regulatory authorities.
We reserve the absolute and unquestionable right to restrict, monitor, or permanently block access to the interface for any individual, at any time, without prior warning. You are strictly prohibited from employing network manipulation software, such as Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or proxy servers, to obfuscate your true IP address or circumvent our geographical compliance barriers.
Legal Autonomy and Asset Integrity
You acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for your own compliance with local, national, and international laws. We bear no obligation to notify you of potential regulatory shifts or legal liabilities that may arise from your interaction with decentralized protocols. Furthermore, you agree that we shall not be held liable for any financial losses or damages incurred due to the interface experiencing technical downtime, server instability, or scheduled maintenance.
A fundamental pillar of this agreement is asset integrity. You explicitly confirm that you will never introduce digital assets into the liquidity pools that are derived from illicit activities, unauthorized dark web markets, or any source deemed illegal by international law enforcement. Utilizing tainted funds, whether they be USDT, Bitcoin, or any other digital asset, constitutes a severe breach of this agreement and will result in permanent blacklisting from the interface.
It is vital to understand that the platform merely facilitates your connection to the blockchain. We do not act as an intermediary, nor do we take custody of your virtual currency at any stage of your session.
Assumption of Technological and Asset Risks
By utilizing this interface, you expressly acknowledge the profound inherent risks associated with cryptographic technologies. The markets for blockchain-based digital assets are characterized by extreme volatility, driven by speculative trading, regulatory announcements, and rapid technological shifts.
You understand that interacting with decentralized networks involves variable processing speeds and dynamic transaction costs (gas fees), which can spike dramatically without warning. We have zero control over the underlying blockchain networks. If you broadcast a transaction to an incorrect address, or if a network experiences a reorganization, we cannot effectuate any cancellation, modification, or recovery of your funds.
Before making significant decisions involving the interface, especially regarding high-stakes events like the World Cup, it is your sole responsibility to seek independent advice from a licensed financial professional. You further acknowledge that any pricing data, charts, or event odds displayed on the interface do not represent financial advice, a solicitation of an offer, or a recommendation to enter into any specific transaction.
Disclaimers of Warranty
The interface and its associated gateways are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We explicitly disclaim all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the open-source code, the proprietary interface, or any provided data will be completely secure, error-free, or continuously operational.
We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or technical suitability. We do not warrant that the interface is free from latent defects or that any related information is perfectly accurate or current. You acknowledge that engaging with a Web3-native gateway like Dexsport requires a sophisticated understanding of decentralized networks, and you assume the entirety of the risk when interacting with the protocol.
We are not responsible for safeguarding your private keys. If your non-custodial wallet is compromised, stolen, or misplaced, we possess no technical ability to recover your associated virtual currency.
Unauthorized Actions and Prohibited Conduct
To safeguard the operational integrity of the platform, you agree to abstain from the following prohibited activities:
-
Violating any intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks associated with the interface.
-
Deploying malicious software, viruses, trojan horses, or initiating denial-of-service attacks to compromise our network security.
-
Attempting to phish, extract, or otherwise steal the private keys, passwords, or digital wallet information of other users.
-
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the proprietary source code of the interface.
-
Engaging in market manipulation tactics, including wash trading, spoofing, or any activity that distorts the integrity of the trading markets.
-
Facilitating or contributing to any fraudulent activity that aims to unlawfully obtain the property of another entity.
Intellectual Property and Licensing
We retain all proprietary rights, including copyrights and patents, to the interface's visual design, text, graphics, and software. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the interface strictly in accordance with these terms.
This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or sell any component of the interface without our express written authorization.
If you choose to submit bug reports, feature suggestions, or general feedback, you automatically grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and royalty-free license to utilize and implement that feedback for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without any obligation to compensate you.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless our organization, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use of the interface or your violation of these operational conditions.
Under no circumstances shall our organization be held liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, the loss of profits, goodwill, data, or digital assets resulting from hacking, server unauthorized access, or the defamatory conduct of third parties. This comprehensive limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and applies to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Arbitration and Legal Disputes
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Master User Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration. You explicitly waive any right to bring a claim as a class action, class arbitration, or any other type of representative proceeding. You also waive your right to a trial by jury.
Before initiating formal arbitration, you agree to attempt an informal resolution by sending a detailed written notice outlining the nature of the dispute. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may commence arbitration proceedings. Any formal claim must be filed within one (1) year of the dispute arising; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by neutral international commercial laws. Any unresolved disputes shall be finally settled in English, under the strict guidelines of the London Court of International Arbitration. The appointed arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to make all procedural and substantive decisions regarding the dispute and to grant any remedy available under the law, limited strictly to individual claims.
We reserve the right to amend these operational conditions at any time. The updated version will become effective immediately upon being published on the interface, and your continued usage will signify your acceptance of the revised agreement.
